{Question} MyPhoneExplorer bluetooth connecting problem with K800i! Phone could not be identifie

Hi,

I got MyPhoneExplorer latest version, a K800i and bluetooth MSI StarKey 2.
When I'm opening MyPhoneExplorer I got a message like:
Phone could not be identified

Also with other softwares like SE PC Suite there is no problem. I could see the folders and anything through bluetooth connection. I guess is something what I do wrong when trying to connect with MyPhoneExplorer.

Any ideas?

I've made it! If anyone got the same problem just go to bluetooth icon from systray, then right click and Bluetooth configuration.
There go to Local Services tab and click on Add Serial Service for any of these services:
Bluetooth imaging
PIM Synchronization
File transfer
PIM item transfer
Network access
Bluetooth serial port

Please beware to check automatically start up for these services!
Then go to MyPhoneExplorer >>> File>Options and try connecting using all those COM ports one by one. For example mine port that is working is COM11 but it can be different I think from phone to phone.

Also my best regards to MyPhoneExplorer author.

Or you could do it the easy way and goto File > Options > Click Search For Device

This checks every port you have.
