How can I download java (.jar) games and install them on a Nokia 6230i?

A have a Nokia 6230i, and I want to download free java games, en install the on the Nokia 6230i and on a Nokia 6280.
A have the use bleutooth with the nokia 6230i the install them.
i have no idea how and what for software a have to use.
Can somone please help me, or give me a url where I can read how to do it.

please help me.

use MobiMB Mobile Media Browser drag and drop

note you are limited to just 2mb of memory for games

you cannot load them to mem card

You can upload your games to:

Wap portal

Then you can download them with your mobile a wap site.

you probably need touse pc-suite like you had to on the 6230 it was a real pain

Stop saying nokia 6230i has only 2mb i have 512mb on the card.
So does anyone know a good site to download games/ringtones/wallpapers and software?
