hi there,

the quaranty does continue if you go to a official sony-ericsson service-point. i've updated my t610 last week with new release R1L.... and it works better than before. you don't need to backup your mobile..all my settings, sms, mms, themes, games are still installed and configured like before.

Dude, I just got it upgraded to R3B011 ... works fine, the cursor has changed though...
