If you can't set it as a wallpaper then your phone does not support Flash as a wallpaper.

i got a k850i and one of the themes has a flash wallpaper

You copy the flash file to your phone, and go to your filemanager and find the flash file. and press option --> Use as --> wallpaper

It's a transparent clock. Change the background color of your desktop and it will change color.

Looks good. I managed to create a similiar wallpaper for Flash 1.1 phones ;)
