hi

just got my T610, and im very pleased. i was just wondering a few things...

firstly - i was going to try the '13 second trick' to get rid of the Orange predefined pictures etc. but im dubious about what the master reset actually does - does it get rid of your phone numbers and games - things like that?

also - from reading stuff on this forum getting a firmware upgrade seems liek a pretty good idea - as it makes the phone much smoother - and from what ive gathered - Carphone Warehouse will do it for you (as there isnt a SE center near me -shrewsbury- i dont think). do they charge you? does it take long? do you just walk in and ask if they can upgrade your firmware???

It gets rid of most of the predefined items. Games, pictures, and ringtones, and MMS templates

Yes, so just back it up onto your SIM card!!
