I have 8 240x320 jepg, like to convert them into a sort of flip album to use as either wallpaper or screen saver. Can someone tell me how to do it?

you want to make them to a animation? use adobe imageredy ^^

Can you elabrate a bit? Under ImageReady, I cannot add pics in sequence by using animation, plus, do all the pics need to be GIF ready before you can do it?

okey, this is how i would do:
first open photo shop, then open all the pictures
then file-> new ->choose size (240x320)
copy all your pics in to this new document
open with the imageready button
then make the animation
woala ^^ you have all your pics ^^
then the pics can be in png jpg or what ever and will not get any problems with the the format of the pics you already have.
