okay i went to the above link and it says
"You need to have Mobile Phone Monitor installed before using the program (can be found at www.sonyericsson.com) "

so i went to sonyericssoon webby eh but i cant find the mobile phone monitor thingy program? can someone post a direct link to it here :) thanks

OK, I manage to connect all the time.

But with PhoneBackup, the Wap Profiles make a bug and I don't save this settings.
It's the only problem.

I finally found the Mobile Phone Monitor and downloaded it but I still can't get the backup software to see my phone, all other apps do. Can any one offer any suggestions please.

After many times to try making a fullbackup of my t610... now it works. there was always coming an error message, but if you don't check the settings "wap profile" it works without problems :D
