When launching PC Suite, error msg "Unable to load configuration"

Anyone encounter this error? The error message appears even when I reinstall the PC suite. I had this problem after trying to uninstall my Norton Antivirus program. Help pls?

I had a simliar problem when i had the p910i

I just deactivated all my firewalls (including windows XP one) And my auto protection on my Norton Antivirus.

I'm having the same problem too!I find that sometimes when my PC boots I get the error message. It seems to clear itself up if I leave the machine a while and then manually re-open it, or reboot the PC.I also find that occasionally when I connect my phone to the PC via USB cable, it will ask to reinstall all the drivers ('New-found hardware'). Again, if I leave it for 5 minutes, then it will re-recongnise the phone and start working properly! Just the machine/software being tempremental I guess!

Computer cannot detect ph....even tho charge symbol comes up...Then it wants to re install the package every time

Same problem with my K750i......sometimes it would find it and sometimes it would not

Maybe I should not have uprgraded...knowing this

Frustrating...Want to get photos off it....help>??

Hi i Faced the same error"Unable to load configuration" when i reinstalled my os since then the PC suite would give the error every time I tried to launch, no matter how many times i reinstalled the sw.I desperatly wanted to transfer music .I read blog here and other site and came to know there is prblm with sw and nt os .I installed all other sw like myphoneexplore etc..they were good but didnt transfer mp3 s
But i found a way to read the mem card in cell like in a card reader.
Make sure th SE sw is installed {for drivers}.
connect Usb calble
switch off the phone ....it will go in connection mode and u can access the phone in my computer.
