Flash Lite

Does anyone know how to make flash lite files, or where to get them or how to make regular swf files into flash lite?

Yeah, I been trying to findout for the longgest time... i guess with Macromedia Flash... But i still dont know how to do it.. Plus im not sure if it will work on a theme...
