RSAF is newer, as it's goes alphabetically.
But the only thing is that is Vodafone branded version. The new version may not be out for unbranded phones ;)

Flashing to a non-branded version should work and restore original menus. It did on my Samsung anyway :)

Whats says its updated with the latest version SEUS isnt out here for the w900i, is that what is giving u ur info ?

SEUS is not available on W900i afaik (just like with P910i some time ago, they have some small problems that need fixing first).
Updating should be done in an authorized SECenter to avoid warranty issues.

And from what I've been reading, the F version is branded and doesn't seem final...

FYI, Google on *firmware name* bugfix to see the list of bugs fixed in that version/enhancements made.

Your phone is branded with Vodafone firmware, which means you can only use the Vodafone upgrades - you can't use generic or normal firmware to update as SEUS will detect you have a branded phone.
So in short, no you can't.

oh, it's very laggy...you shoud get results e.g. 225-230...

180 is score suitable to k700's abilities...for example my w800's JBenchmark 2.0 score is ~350...

w800 has better score on JBenchmark2.0 than w900 :p :D
