What is the easiest program to use to resize the pics? TIA.
Well, I guess the easiest way would be to use something like this service (http://www.picresize.com/). But often it's not just a matter of resizing, you also want/need to crop out unwanted parts of the image. And for that you need an image/graphics editor. There's a multitude to choose from. From the very simplest (like MS Paint) to the professional tools (like Adobe Photoshop). Guess it's all a matter of taste and size of wallet. ;) But there are some quite good freeware programs out there, too.

Windows Powertools has a resizer. Or use Photoshop or JASC batch resizer. The internet ones are often low in quality :(
