Newbie USB Problem

Hello People!!!

Having has soooo many problems with my NOKIA 6230i I decided to sack NOKIAand give SE a try.
Love the phone but it's gonna take me a while to get used to it.

This question has probably been asked but after I installed the software on the disc provided I can use all the functions via the USB data cable but every time I remove the phone my Pc crashes. I have tried all USB ports and tried SAFELY REMOVING but still it crashes.

Can any one please help me as what to do??

microsft has a fix for this issue here (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=822603)

click where it says Download the 822603 package now. for the download :)

note you must have SP1 installed for this patch to work :)

hmmmm still try the fix although it should really be in SP2 ..... i dont use SP2 it causes more trouble than its worth for my usage :mad:
