MyPhoneExplorer + W800i

All the drivers for the phone are installed and then I went ahead and installed MyPhoneExplorer.
Now, everytime I try to connect with the phone with MyPhoneExplorer, I get an error: "OBEX Error: NO CARRIER"

Anyone can help me getting connection going?

Take of the battery of the phone for 2 minutes, restart the phone and it will work.
