there is a java Gameboy emulator (mjavaboy), but it is really really slow...
also, it only emulates GB games (not GBC or GBA)
if you want to test it, just search in google for "mjavaboy"
it's true, there are many SYMBIAN based emulators (you have GB, NES, SNES... even MAME!), but they only run in symbian phones... :(

@danne sempai
1) SYMBIAN Phone are mobile phone which has a Symbian Operating System
2) SYMBIAN Operating System is a standard phone operating system which was develop by Psion, Nokia, Ericsson and Motorola company around 1998
3) It was develop to enable mobile phone's of different manufacturer to exchange data as long they are using the same Symbian OS even if it has different version.
4) Higher version means greater functionality and better compatibility
Hope this will help....
Cheers Mate!!!

Symbian Phone
In layman's terms, a symbian phone is simply a phone that uses Symbian operating system such as a Nokia 6600/7610/6630/6800 etc. Sony Ericsson uses Symbian UIQ for the P900/910 and the upcoming P990.
Most PDA phones, PDA meaning Personal Digital Assistant, uses Symbian. Others use the Microsoft Pocket PC Operating System (i.e., O2, O2 Mini, HP).
Cheers !!!
