W800i + Motorolla HS-850

Anyone having problems connecting with their bluetooth headset?

I tried my HS850 with both W800 and K750, could not get it to work. Any one have any idea, do I need to read the manual?

Try a SE BT headset - maybe the Motorola BT headset is only used for finding Motorola handsets ;)

? hmmm i have seen this headset working with motoE398, SE K700 and even nokia 6680 .....

did you set your BT visibility on your phone to show phone ? and also have you successfully paired both devices ? :)

PhoenixBurn : hahaha no-no-no. it works with Nokia 6600 , 7610, and MotoV3 (obviously) :)

MR.ASAP : yes, paired it already, every time the headset is activated, and it connects to the w800i, dail tone does not go to the headset. even then the sound from the handset takes a while to come on, and at the same time the call has already been answered, about 15 secs already :(

from the Bluetooth menu, I go to "Handsfree" > "My handsfree" and add new device. Once added I click "Connect" then its done.

but when i try to call or recieve a call, it does not divert to my headset. everyting stays with the handset >.< *sigh* anyone have anyidea what im doing wrong?

On my W800i and S710a works perfect the moto headset ...

Yeah...btw...Cybreed when do you buy your phone and How much? Btw...I think
your Moto BT headset can be use by: SE : phones...have you done anything wrong or try buy a : SE : BT :p

Umm... not sure what happen to it. When you press the HS call dail last number button, it will send command to the phone to call. but the sound goes to the phone after 10 seconds of silence. while actually it is already callling. Hmm... maybe I better sell off the headset.

ImanAzlan, i purchased it around RM 18XX quite expensive. Cant help it. When I got my hands on it, fell in love.

okay im selling my HS850.. so sad. I like the shape and the quality of it.

Its confirmed. SEW800i & MotoHS850 DO NOT MATCH!

I found few users who has similar problem. W800 would re-boot when trying to connect to HS850. And the phone would not be stable. I guess the only way is to go the akano way then.
