Hi I was wondering if anyone had any tips how to transfer Nokia Data Suite files to the SonyEricson data suite for example Sms files?

Hmmm, looks like a big task.
Basically, SE and Nokia have different formats in the way they handle data. As far as SMS is concerned, I do not know what format Nokia uses when you export a message. If it uses the format Message.sms when you export a message into your PC, you can probably try MyPhoneExplorer (search in myForum and you can get this).
MyPhoneExplorer has the facility to import messages in the messages-Archive (PC) category. Right-click in a blank area of this category and you will see import-sms-file command. However, this will look for a .sms file.
Other than that, I do not see anyway at this time to import SMS from Nokia's PC Suite into an SE phone as Nokia's PC Suite cannot read an SE phone.
