BT disconnecting

Hello

I have noticed that i cannot send a file to my comp or make remote control from the K750 directly, instead first I have to activate the connection from the computer. Is there a way to fix this?
In the setup on the computer i have ticked the boxes saying let other bluetooth devices find and connect to the pc.

Second question, when i activate the connection from the computer and for ex. dont use the remote program a couple of minutes it seems like the comp or the phone disconnects, cause the phhone then dries reconnecting again but dont suceed cause i have to do it via the comp. Kind of irritating, cause then I cant control the computer from my bed whenn watching TV cause every elapsed couple minutes I have to go up and restart the connection via the comp!

Is there a solution??

I found a solutionn, it seemed that WinXP wouldnt use the third-party drivers, but now it does and i can connect from the phone!

check your settings in bluetooth that there are no checkboxes in the SECURE CONNECTION settings :)


i found with it ticked i could not download files from the computer to the mobile from the mobile but could send from the computer to the mobile only :)

unticking secure connection cured this :)


if you are worried about security ... change the settings to only allow your device :)

I have done that, allowing only my device :) But still i cannot download from the comp to the mobile, cause their is missing a browse option in K750i like it was in T610. I can only send from the computer to the mobile, and contrary.

The solution was to manually load the Widcom drivers after installation, cause XP uses automatically its own drivers annd then interefering.

have you paired the computer and the mobile together !?

yes i have, he problem is not the connection, problem is that the k750 seems not having the menu option "broswe".

goto bluetooth setup wizard and choose I WANT TO FIND A SPECIFIC DEVICE
and configure how this computer will use its services .

check you have obex file transfer set in the options for your device choose it then click next and check the services with a tick mark next to the file transfer and any others you want to use with the computer :)

see if that helps :)

when you choose your computer in bluetooth devices under /service list see if file transfer is available if its not choose refresh then hit ok :)

u dont seem to understand, the things u say work, but i cannot browse my computer from the phone and download that way
