Hi All,

I've just bought a D750i and want to transfer as much as possible (including texts/notes if possible) from my T610.

I have a TDK Systems bluetooth adapter which sees the D750i but keeps saying 'The synchronization with D750i failed. Bad obex response to a request.' when trying to synchronise with Outlook.

Any ideas on the best means of doing this?

I'm going to try FMA next...

First of all, I suggest using BT via T610 to D750i.
And with the BT from PC to D750i, it seems the firmware doesn't allow such a thing as yet :(

Hi PhoenixBurn,
Cheers for the reply.

I ended up using IRMC sync through bluetooth to sync with Outlook then sync'd outlook with my D750i. I sync'd outlook with the D750 via bluetooth with the SE PC Suite that came on the software CD. It seemed to use the Bluetooth really well and sync'd Notes as well which I couldn't do with the T610.

I also got FMA to see the D750i fine. It created a second profile so I was able to keep everything stored from my T610. I could even upload treasured texts from FMA from the T610 to the D750i.

So far I can't fault my D750i, it's really great.

The Bluetooth remote control function also works really well. I much prefer it to Jeyo Remote as it really is remote, i.e. you don't have to have the software running on the PC, only Bluetooth enabled and the software is on the phone to make the connection.

I found it awkward before having to load up Jeyo then connect from my phone and am always hesitant on adding things like that to startup...

Can anyone advise with the video though? I've never had a video mobile before...this 3gp format plays in Real Player but can it easily be converted to MPEG???

Cheers

I use "Xilisoft 3GP Video Converter" to convert my 3gp movies to avi (mpeg is also supported) and the software allows to convert to 3gp format as well. it's a very handy program but you'll have to pay to use it.

you could also check google or other search-sites to find other programs, maybe even free programs.
