So I'm sitting in the car. My sister's nokia has full bars. My stepmom's samsung has full bars. I can't even find the network.
Go sony.

Apparently you can buy an external antenna for the phone, there's a port near the camera. I just need to find where to buy it.

try checking our SIM card or removing it and putting it back into the SIM card slot as sometimes the loose SIM card might be the cause ........i doubt this is a FW fault so no need to try a master-reset :) :)

its firmare related...
im also using k750i...and im far from the site but still can get signal...
my officemates phone is k700 and were in the same network...no differences in the signal anyway...
im using R1A hongkong made k750i.
no bugs on this one..

R1A seems to be the only one without bugs, excep for the reception.
Also, talking to webmaster he said that the camera pics he said were in a better format than the new firmware.
So you choose - low reception, no bugs or full reception, full of bugs ;)

What about the freezebug? Couldn't stand R1A for that bug!

im using an R1A firmware...not freezing for 7++ days (hongkong)...
i think Asian R1A are more stable...perhaps the circuits since R1A is a universal firmware installed in the k750i .

My K750 is working good.
You can try to get the firmware upgraded by sending it back to Sony Erricson.

Reception is horrid. But this is compared to my SE s710a. Big difference. I don't think it's Sony's fault, per se. More the k750i. : dnt know
No probs here, even compared to my K700. R1J002 f/w, vodafone, Australia.
