Does anybody use this feature .. I can not :(
I bought a bluetooth dongle, paired my PC with K750, allowed everything .. and .. yet .. error
Any idea

i guess it works the same way as S700...

I have the same problem.
My k750i pairs okay with my pc. Connects okay to my pc
BUT get this error after connect:-
"Bluetooth connection failed. Check Bluetooth settings on other device......"

hmm... i got the same problem with K750.. strange!
its only when im gonna remote.. sending pics etc works fine

Me 2 - can send pics from k750i to pc but NOT remote control.
Sounds like a bug 2 me.

I have had the same problem with mine - i've had three different firmwares and it's the same with all of them - worked fine on my K700i so I'm fairly sure it's not the dongle or settings.

Yep, me too. But I realized you have to create the connection using your computer vs. using your phone. If you connect it on your computer, it'll work. I hope that makes sense.
Now anyone with the winamp remote control plugin? I had it for my S710a and it was awesome. Don't have it for this though. :(

do you mean connecting from your phone to your PC via the BT remote control on your K750i ? well yeah i doesnt work on mine too .......and many others :( : cry :

Go to BT Menu on the phone and see if the power save function is on as if it is on then you can only use one function of BT at a time.

Still does not work...
hmm.. seems like everyone have the same problem.. Could it be a bug in firmware?

yes most probably its a FW bug ......
tried connecting with the SE CD inside the D: Drive , with the SE BT remote control software initiated ........BT visibility fully switched on (both sides), power save is forever off .......so yeah most probably its a FW bug :( :( :(
anyway the SE BT software dwonloaded from the K750i section in SE webpage states in their release notes :

wheres k750i ? :D perhaps this could be the mistake ? : dnt know

mine works!!
u need to conect the bt on the compter (connect using the computer like sync then the phone ask if u want to use as a bt remote and press yes.) my bt program => file > remote > start..
have fun investiaging :)
btw bt remote is hell fun
so its not the firmware fault
Yep, like stated above, you have to connect using your computer FIRST. I use IVT Corporation BlueSoleil (the program that came with my bluetooth dongle). THEN I connect from there.
With my S700i, I could connect using the phone FIRST and then my computer would automatically accept it. A LOT easier and better, IMO. :(
