I have been trying ever since the update service apparently came online, but it will NEVER EVER load anything up!!!
I logged on a work and it came up fine, but i didn't have my bloody cable!!
It's SOOOOO anoying, anyone got the same problem??

Do you have installed the Application Suite, the USB update driver and a current Java engine from java.com? Consider using the Internet Explorer for the update, turn off your firewall for javaw.exe (I wouldn't suggest turning it off at all, because Windows is highly damageable without any firewall these days).

all software installed, JAVA is as current as it can be, and the drivers are all working fine.
Don't use anything but I.E anyway!!!!
