I told T-Mobile I want to upgrade to the K750 (or D750 which i think is their branded version?) but they say they dont have any, and might not have any for a while. Does anybody know how long it will be until T-mobiel offers this phone?

Other networks are offering the phone so I am quite confused! : dnt know

Strange, in Holland T-mobile was almost the first to introduce D750 (yes it's the branded K750; it has a different back though). Where do you live then?

I can confirm this for T-Mobile Germany as well.
By the way, here's a list of the main differences between K750i and D750i:

first two menu items replaced with "Mobile Jukebox" and a t-zones link
instead of the radio menu item, there's one for the SIM Application toolkit (My Extras), the radio is accessible via the Entertainment menu though
the activity menu key is replaced with a t-zones key which must be pressed for two seconds to connect into t-zones
links in the file manager to t-games, t-music, t-movies, "more applications", "more pictures" in the correspondending submenus in the file manager
the activity menu is accessible by moving the joystick in the upper direction

Besides the cut-back of the activity menu, I can really live with this branding.

The D750 has almost the same design as the W800 but is not Walkman branded.
