If you mean MacOS X iSync, there are instructions for 10.3 (Panther) at http://lindmark.net/technical/osx/isync-k750i
The instructions for 10.4 (Tiger) are different and can be found at http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=92741&start=0
I have succesfully managed to sync my K750 with iCal and Address Book on 10.3.9 but I cannot send SMS from Address Book. I guess Apple will eventually add full support with the next update to iSync but I hope it's not just for 10.4.

Yes I am talking about MacOS 10.4.1 (Tiger) and it synced once then I keep on getting the following error:
"Friday, 10 June, 2005 12:06 AM
Cannot connect to the device. Can't connect to channel on device (Server might be down)
Device "K750i" synchronization failed"
Any ideas or other ways?
